This bed has been a life saver for me and my husband - we now can have a great nights sleep instead of the kids always being in ours. We put the bed next to ours so the kids still felt safe and secure and although it was still not ideal at least we did not have little bodies kicking and moving all night long. We have managed to get them into their own room now after 3 months but it's been worth it the wait.
The bed has a safety cushion around the outside so you don't have to worry about the kids falling out of bed.
Now we use the bed for camping trips and sleepovers. It's great because it inflates in under a minute so there's no foot pump involved (which my husband loves!). Deflating the Toddlers Air Mattress is even quicker, so it is very portable.

My personal favorite air beds are the large raised queen beds. For toddlers they even have small camping type ones on the market, just search camping airbeds since they are generally smaller, perfect for toddlers. That's my advice
